SI has successfully implemented more than 20 projects in diverse fields of sustainability advisory, such as Web-Enabled Decision Support System, Digitalise ESMS, Environment & Social Due Diligence (ESDD), Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA), Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS) and GHG Accounting.
ENSOR Management Consultants, Russia, has engaged SI to conduct Environmental Health and Safety Due Diligence (EHSDD) for an independent assessment of potential material environmental and key health & safety issues and liabilities/restrictions associated with the potential acquisition of the Target and future production activities.
SI supported Dabur for a year, to plan and develop their Sustainable Supply Chain Programme, including development policies, evaluation criteria for suppliers, management framework for ESG performance and design of supplier audit programme.
Developed a Web-Enabled Agri-Waste Decision Support System (DSS) for Ghana and Vietnam to facilitate decisions that promote circular economy–based business models for agri-waste processing for the International Water Management Institute (IWMI).
Supported NWEDC to improve the Environmental and Social performance of the 116 MW Upper Trishuli-1 Hydropower Project (HPP) in Nepal to enable compliance with lenders’ safeguard standards and requirements.
Conducted Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) for two key projects of Dolma Impact Fund (DIF) in Nepal, leading to identification of key E&S risks and preparation of Environmental and Social Action Plans (ESAPs).
Undertook an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) Verification Audit for Agrocorp, a leading global agri-commodity trading and food solutions provider.
Developed an Environmental, Social and Governance Management System (ESGMS) for Electra EV, India’s leading electric vehicle (EV) powertrain solutions company.
Conducted a Cumulative Environmental Impact Assessment (CIA) study for the Inland Water Transportation augmentation project on the Brahmaputra River in Assam, financed by the World Bank.
Contracted by GEF Capital Partners to undertake an Exit ESG Due Diligence of a solar panel manufacturer to assess performance against ESAP conditions set during the investment phase.
Conduct two Cumulative Environmental Impact Assessment (CIA) Studies for a rerolling steel plant in Cumilla Economic Zone, financed by IFC and National Special Economic Zone (NSEZ) in the Chattogram and Feni Districts, financed by the World Bank.
SI has supported TATA Steel Global Wire Division, Tarapur MIDC, and conducted a soil, surface & ground water contamination assessment to fulfill Environmental Clearance (EC) obligations.
